Cardinals 33, Cowboys 30 (OT) · Sunday, Nov. 1, at AT&T Stadium
For three quarters this was the Cowboys' best defensive day of the season. Dallas led 14-0 on a fumble that tight end James Mitchell recovered in the end zone and a 9-yard Prescott pass to Ryan Flournoy, and Prescott's 5-yard run with 14:20 left made it 24-10. Arizona then scored 20 points in the fourth quarter. Tyler Allgeier, the Cardinals' only healthy running back, finished with 147 rushing yards, all but 7 of his 191 scrimmage yards after halftime, including a 63-yard touchdown run. Gardner Minshew, who replaced Jacoby Brissett in the third quarter, threw touchdowns to Allgeier and Trey McBride, and Aubrey's third field goal, from 41 yards with 1:09 left, put Dallas up 30-24.
Minshew then drove Arizona 80 yards in eight plays, finding Michael Wilson for a 13-yard touchdown with 6 seconds left. Chad Ryland missed the extra point wide left, his first miss after 58 straight makes, the AP reported via ESPN. Both teams went three-and-out to start overtime, and Ryland won it from 42 yards with 2:53 left in the period.

Tight end Jake Ferguson left in the first quarter with an ankle injury. The collapse matched the largest blown fourth-quarter lead in franchise history, according to the Elias Sports Bureau, and Arizona has now won five straight against Dallas. Jerry Jones said afterward that a coaching change was "not in my mind at this time," ESPN reported.
